Get unstuck! Do you ever feel bored with sequencing or even worse find that your students know what pose you’re going to next ....and they are right?! This module is all about learning new methods and tools for sequencing that will bring new life and inspiration to your classes.

We all know that repetition has its place in yoga but it’s important to balance that with variety. Mixing things up will benefit not only your students physically but it is also fantastic for brain health.

 

Join Amy for this 25-hour module and enter a new dimension of limitless sequencing possibilities!

This training is open to anyone looking to dive deeper into yoga sequencing (not only yoga teachers, but also interested students!). If you are a yoga teacher, this training will count towards a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Flow Yoga Studio or 25 hours of continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.

Schedule

Wednesday 11/29: 5:00-8:30pm

Thursday 11/30: 5:00-8:30pm

Friday 12/1: OFF

Saturday 12/2: 9:00am-4:30pm

Sunday 12/3: 9:00am-4:30pm

Breaks will be included.

Homework will also be assigned.
