How long are the classes?

Most of our classes are 60 or 75 minutes long, depending on the type of class. We also offer workshops that are sometimes a bit longer (90-120 minutes). Our "Schedule" page includes descriptions and durations for our classes.

Do you have mats and towels?

We do have mats and towels available at the studio. Just ask us at the front desk and we'll get you set up.

Do you provide props?

Yes! We have blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters in the studio.

Do you clean the rental mats?

Yes, we clean the rental mats after each use.

Do you have a locker room with showers?

At the moment, we do not have showers at the studios.  We have bathrooms, changing rooms, and cubbies in the lobby where you can keep your belongings during class.

What if I’m running late?

We have a 15 minute late policy. You can feel free to join class as long as you arrive within 15 minutes of the start time. (After that, it can become disruptive to the class to enter, so we prefer if you arrive within the first 15 minutes).

It’s my first time trying yoga and I’m nervous I will be the worst one in class!

We would like to reassure you that yoga is for everyone! And we welcome all levels at Flow (in our minds, there is no one that is "bad at yoga" - it's not possible!). If you are new, and would like some additional attention, or a slower paced class to learn the basics, try one of our Level 1 or Beginner classes to start. You can also let the instructor know before class that you're new, and they'd be happy to help with any questions.  We also periodically offer a special Beginner Series throughout the year for our brand new yogis.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes.  We accept all major credit cards.  Our online scheduling tool also allows for you to purchase online prior to coming to studio (this is helpful, especially if you are running late!).

Do I need a reservation for class?

It is not mandatory that you register, but we do offer online reservations to hold/guarantee your spot for class (click "Schedule" to find a class and sign up). It’s also best to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure you have time to check-in, change, use the restroom, etc.

Can I share a class pack with someone else?

A class pack can be shared with a family member.
