Diving deep into the mythology of yoga, students will learn the stories that motivate, support and ignite each posture. Corresponding mantras and mudras will be taught to enhance the experience of movement. Students will learn how to create and theme a class based on yoga’s ancient tradition of storytelling, sound and gesture.
