The Details
In this 25-hour Advanced Teacher Training module with Jody Domerstad, we will study the way human life moves before skeletal deviations or injury have occurred, so that we can skillfully adapt the pose for each individual body and learn to how to teach with a functional approach.
We will focus on the sensation or purpose of the pose and not the shape to enhance students' experience and understanding of their body.
