This training is open to anyone looking to take time to experience relaxation and learn more about Restorative Yoga! If you are a yoga teacher, this training will count towards a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training with Flow Yoga Studio or 25 hours of continuing education credits (Yoga Alliance Certified).
Thursday, January 27th & Friday, January 28th - 5:00-8:30pm
Saturday, January 29th & Sunday, January 30th - 9:00am-4:30pm
Meal times and breaks will be included.
*Training will be held in person at our Flow HoHoKus location with an option to be Live Online through Zoom.
