Lindita completed YTT in March 2013, with the primary goal of having stronger understanding of Yoga, and to teach Children’s Yoga since she is a Certified Pre-School teacher as well. An avid runner, having completed several marathons training with Racefaster, she fell in love with Yoga about 5 years ago. She found not only did it balance out her running but it also helped her to relax, breathe,learn to enjoy life and embrace every moment. As a runner and a yogi, she intuitively knows what poses will help create balance and flexibility, while still keeping the “runner’s mind” engaged and not wanting to run out of class!
