Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Megan relocated to the New York area to pursue acting and modeling. Her professional film, television and theatre endeavors led her to seek a deeper connection with the mind/body. She began practicing yoga to release tension and gain body awareness as an actor. Megan's classes emphasize clarity of alignment, a steady connection to the breath and a "meditation in motion", balanced with a vigorous, athletic flow.
