With a background in dance, Chris stepped into his first yoga class led by Amy Pastore. Intrigued by the sequencing and movement of the practice, he then began to travel to various studios to deepen his practice. He stumbled upon Garden State Yoga where he became part of the first 200hr teacher training in October 2011. He looks for inspiration everyday and has many to thank for it. Chris is committed to inspire people to be the best versions of themselves through movement. His classes are challenging and uplifting and open to all levels. He stresses the importance of a light atmosphere while being serious about your yoga practice. "Taking yourself too seriously will not get you up into a handstand. The yoga practice isn't something to be forced. It's an opportunity to allow."
