Karel Littman is certified Group Fitness Instructor and an Advanced MELT Trainer of all the MELT modalities trained directly by the founder of the method. She is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Karel came to MELT to heal her own pain from injury. She has been a corporate training manager, journalist and lawyer. Karel teaches MELT exclusively in private sessions and in group classes in northern NJ, NYC and Rockland County.
