Get out of your head and onto your mat! The foundation of our yoga classes at Flow is rooted in Vinyaysa, an athletic combination of breath, movement, and sweat. With a teaching staff specifically chosen for their unique and creative styles, classes are drawn from the many disciplines of yoga so our students are able to explore and develop a practice unique to themselves.
We offer an extensive menu of classes to satisfy whatever you may be craving – all with the end result of our students leaving feeling more present, centered, and empowered.
