So you’ve never actually been to a yoga class – you’ve heard about what seems to be an endless list of benefits, you’ve witnessed the blissed-out faces of people leaving yoga, and you’ve definitely seen the infamous yoga pants.


You’re curious, but to jump right in and take a class can be intimidating - we hear you, and therefore have created our “Beginner Series”, the perfect way to introduce yourself to this life-changing practice.


Our beginner series is a 4-week program consisting of a very small group of people (max.15) all brand new to yoga, meeting each week, and learning the absolute basics of each posture in a safe and comforting environment. Each week will have a specific focus, exploring and learning a different area of the practice breaking down each pose step-by-step. You will explore the following:


  • The Foundation

  • Sun Salutations

  • Standing Postures, Balancing and Backbends

  • Hip/Shoulder Openers

  • Inversions


Our time will focus on how to breathe in a yoga class, the mechanics and fundamentals of each pose at a slower pace, and how to integrate props into the practice as a brand new student.


Come with questions and/or confusions to each session, as open dialogue is strongly encouraged. Our intention is that you leaves with a greater sense of clarity, so by the time the series is complete, you will feel comfortable enough to jump into one of our Beginner or Basic group classes with a strong and confident practice.
