In this workshop, we will explore the muscles of the shoulders and core that are used during postures such as Headstand, Forearm Stand, Handstand, and other inversions. Students will learn how to approach these asanas safely and how to balance them with a variety of other postures that support the strength and flexibility of these two important regions of the body.

* Participants must be a 200 RYT, enrolled in a TT class, or have a demonstrated advanced yoga practice.

Attend 9 classes at FLOW over 12 weeks – majority should be 2/3 level (included in fee)

Observe and Assist Adjustments during at least one level 2/3 class by Jason
