

Men/Boys Yoga November Series

Ben has designed a 4 Week Series specifically for Men and Teenage Boys that are brand new or newer to the practice of Yoga.
This is an excellent program for both athletes AND non-athletes alike. Whether you're a runner, bicycle enthusiast, a tennis player or golfer, OR someone who hasn't been involved in sports or a physical discipline in recent years, these four sessions will introduce you to Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a practice that will create greater physical strength and flexibility AS WELL AS help you heal past injuries and prevent future ones.
This training is done in a safe, supportive, and non-competitive environment, where each practitioner regardless of physical condition, is encouraged to start from exactly where they are and develop a stronger body, a more vibrant mind, and learn the tools to maintain a less stressful lifestyle.
Dates: Saturdays, November 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, and Sunday 11/24 - 4PM-5:15PM
Cost: $99 for 4 Week Series; $30 for individual sessions
