200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Flow Yoga

A Sacred Journey with Erica Stanzione

January 2024 - May 2024

Let's create lives that we love living together!

A note from Erica:

My dearest yogis! Since 2003, I have been a devoted yoga and meditation student practicing and studying all over the world which led me to completing extensive certifications, and diving headfirst into my purpose. What I didn’t realize in those early days was how deep my passion would eventually run for fostering community, and leading these very special groups. As of 2023, I have graduated seventy trainees both at Flow Yoga and in NYC making these one-of-a-kind experiences my most precious and proud endeavors in my professional careers. This training isn’t only a program that will teach you how to safely guide breath and movement as we dive into the intricacies and full lineage of the practice. It was also carefully birthed and curated to serve as an invitation for courageous self-explorations, and an avenue to consciously choose how you want your life to look, and more importantly feel after this unique journey. Whether you aspire to teach or deepen your practice, you can expect to graduate with the tools to be a strong, confident teacher and individual. Our high vibrational energetic cocoon in studio two has become our loving home where you will be surrounded by like-minded yogis who will support, uplift, inspire, and empower you throughout every part of this process as you step further into your power and the highest, healthiest, and happiest version of yourself.

I would be incredibly honored to share my eternal love of the practice with you, and teach you each of these mindfulness tools that have profoundly shifted, healed, and elevated every aspect of my life! XO

What Graduates Say

"Signing up for teacher training with Erica was a pivotal moment that guided me into my adulthood in a way I truly never would’ve thought possible. Erica will fill you with all of the technical knowledge it takes to successfully teach a yoga class through a well-rounded curriculum encompassing pranayama and asana, anatomy, hands-on adjustments, the Sutras and philosophy, dharma creation, and the business side of the industry. But, most importantly, Erica will create a space where you feel safe to dive deep into your personal practice and connection with yourself while forming this community of support that is an invaluable facet of this profoundly transformative journey. It’s hard work that may make you question why you ever thought it was a good idea to give up your weekends to be secluded in a yoga studio with a group of strangers…But an experience that I know almost certainly you will not find from any other teacher training. Even if your goal isn’t ultimately to teach (mine wasn’t and I’m now teaching two public classes a week at a studio), the tools you will gain from this training aren’t confined to your mat or a yoga studio. I am forever grateful for my TT journey, all of Erica’s hard work and passion she put into it, and her continued support since graduation. I am a better person, and yoga teacher, because of it. <3" - Heather T.
