A strong practice starts with building a solid foundation. Both our warm and non-heated Vinyasa Flow Level 1 and Level 1/2 classes are taught at a slower pace, with an emphasis on alignment and the connection between breath and movement. By mastering the basic principles of the postures, our students will be able to evolve in their practice confidently and safely, transitioning seamlessly into our more advanced classes.. Our Level 1 classes are prefect for the brand new yogi, or the more seasoned practitioner looking to reconnect with the fundamentals and fine tune their practice. 

This strengthening practice will end with a blissful savasana, where you will be able to soak in all the benefits of the practice.​​​​
