Heated Vinyasa Flow
Our "signature" style hot yoga class. Explore the connection between breath and movement as you flow through a series of postures to build strength, increase flexibility, and tone muscles. Every class is a vigorous, dynamic and challenging exploration set alongside a killer playlist to assist with diving deeper into your practice. The creative sequencing leads students through a journey of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, and inversions, ending with a sweet and blissful relaxation.
This hot yoga class uses the added element of heat. Using our state-of-the-art custom designed heating system, the studio is heated at approximately 90 degrees. The continuous flow of fresh heated air and humidity allows students to take their practice deeper, and achieve the perfect sweat.
