For Meghan, Yoga became a way to for her to move, ground, and release excess energy back into the world. Not only has it helped her over come anxiety but has also given her a whole new outlook on the world while deepening her self-awareness. Being an avid practitioner, Meghan decided to take her passion for yoga to a new level and received her 200-hour teaching certification in 2014 with Stacey Bell from Garden State Yoga Bloomfield. Since completing her 200 Hour TT Meghan has brought her passion of yoga to classes on the Beach in LBI, and to children in a rural village in Kerala, India, where she sought to expand her practice on and off the mat over 3 months. Meghan teaches each class from n authentic heart. In her class you can expect to sweat, smile, breathe, and break boundaries.
