Learn the basics of meditation
In this workshop you will learn the techniques of how to meditate. Meditation can be done in a variety of ways through breathing practices, sound meditation, guided meditation and walking meditation. Jason will guide you through various forms of meditation and will help you develop an in home meditation practice.
The benefits of meditation include a calmer mind, more energy, a more relaxed nervous system and clearer thoughts. Anyone can practice meditation in a group setting or on their own at home.
